Dentasept^® ID Pure

An aldehyde-, peracetic acid-, and chlorine oxide-free instrument disinfectant for professional use in medical practices, hospitals, and nursing homes, featuring excellent cleaning power, a broad spectrum of effectiveness, and short contact times. Its good material compatibility and high corrosion protection are particularly noteworthy. VAH-listed.

The new instrument disinfection line stands out for its excellent material compatibility and effective corrosion protection. It protects instruments and dental tools and significantly extends their service life. For example, Dentodrill® ID liquid, with its neutral pH, helps extend the service life of rotating instruments. The blades stay sharp longer. Furthermore, the products offer a broad spectrum of effectiveness and short application times.

Preparation for manual disinfection and simultaneous cleaning of dental and surgical instruments, rotary instruments, laboratory-
equipment, as well as heat-sensitive and heat-stable instruments in immersion bath procedures. Not suitable for the terminal disinfection of semi-critical and critical medical devices.

• Bacteria as specified in EN 13727, EN 14561, and VAH (high contamination): 1.5% – 15 min. / 1.0% – 60 min.
• Yeast-killing (C. albicans) according to EN 13624, EN 14562, and VAH (high contamination): 1.5% – 15 min. / 1.0% – 60 min.
• Enveloped viruses (e.g., HBV, HCV, and HIV) as specified by RKI/DVV and EN 14476 and EN 17111 (high contamination): 1.5% – 15 min. / 1.0% – 60 min.
• TbB (M. terrae and M. avium) as specified in EN 14348 and EN 14563 (low contamination): 4.0% – 30 min. / 3.0% – 60 min.

Use in an ultrasonic bath:
Bacteria, yeast-killing (C. albicans) in accordance with EN 14561 and EN 14562 (high contamination): 1% – 5 min.

(100 g of solution contain): 4.4 g didecyldimethylammonium chloride, 2.75 g N-(3-aminopropyl)-N-dodecyl-propan-1,3-diamine.
