Müller-Omicron has developed a completely new product line that enables it to offer a disinfection program perfectly tailored to the dental sector and its specific requirements. In addition to shorter disinfection times and a broader spectrum of effectiveness, the focus was on absolute ease of use, minimizing or eliminating the potential for allergies and hazards, and optimal material compatibility.
Efficient and powerful disinfection
The result is DISINFECTION. A product line specifically tailored to the requirements and needs of dental practices. It enables efficient, high-performance disinfection that covers all indications. The products are tested in accordance with the latest standards and EN regulations, evaluated, and will be VAH-listed based on their field of application. The practical accessories, such as dosing bottles, canister cocks, dosing pumps, and canister wrenches, ensure safe and easy handling of the disinfectants. In addition, the Lift & Stick labeling system greatly simplifies the process of mandatory marking and documentation of medical devices in use—making it simple and easy.
Wide range of cloth-wipe systems
As the field of wipe-down disinfection continues to evolve rapidly, the new DISINFECTION line now offers a wider selection of cloth-wipe systems: These include wipes of various sizes and qualities, ready-to-use wipes saturated with alcoholic and alcohol-free solutions, and dry wipes for individual saturation. All pre-soaked cloth-wiping systems meet the requirements of the 4-Field Test (EN 16615) and are VAH-listed as a separate product. The disinfectant solution, Dentalrapid® SD liquid, now not only offers faster exposure times but also an expanded spectrum of activity, with the designation “Limited Virucidal PLUS.” The modified non-alcoholic variant, Dentalrapid® soft SD liquid, has also been significantly improved in terms of exposure times and spectrum of activity.
Addition to our product line
Other groups of indications have been expanded in practice with additional products, such as Dentosuc weekly AC pur for weekly cleaning of the suction system—an ideal combination with Dentosuc daily, which is used for daily disinfection. The current COVID-19 pandemic once again clearly demonstrates how quickly a virus can spread and how important it is to prevent this as effectively as possible. Proper hand disinfection and cleaning are absolutely essential for this. Dentoderm HD liquid or sensitive gel meets all requirements. In addition, it is free of dyes and fragrances and is gentle on the skin, thanks to integrated moisturizing agents. Equally important is the immediate disinfection of dental impressions in the dental practice. Dentoprint MD provides dentists with a fast-acting preparation available as a ready-to-use solution or as a concentrate. All products feature short contact times, ensuring the fastest and most comprehensive protection and safety for dentists, patients, and staff.
